Here is a Sale Comparison of Single Family Homes in the Diablo Valley, comparing this year to date VS last year for the same time period.

These are homes above the $ 1,000,000 price. Note that the volume has dropped substantially, but the sale price is actually better than 12 months ago.

Price per square foot has gone down a bit in all the price ranges except the very highest where it has actually gone up.
