These are homes above the $ 1,000,000 price. Note that the volume has dropped substantially, but the sale price is actually better than 12 months ago.
Price per square foot has gone down a bit in all the price ranges except the very highest where it has actually gone up.
This is telling us that for basically the same price as last year, buyers are getting a larger house for approximately the same money
