Joy grew up right here in the Bay Area and is intimately familiar with the area. After receiving her bachelor's degree from
Mother of two beautiful girls, Penelope Juliet and Amelia Jane, Joy is on the board of directors for the local Pleasant Hill/Walnut Creek Mother's Club. She has held a variety of positions on the board and is currently serving as the co-chair to organize the General Meetings. Joy began her Real Estate career several years ago at the urging of her father, Serafino loves his job; he doesn’t even see it as work, he has so much fun working with his clients. The success of her father inspired Joy, so she joined the team in 2002. Joy and Serafino have a great time working together, and it really shows. Their combined strengths give their clients the kind of attention and priority that comes with Premiere Service!
The recent addition of Pat Bianchi to the team solidifies the triangle of service for our clients. Joy, Pat, and Serafino worked together to run Adventure Day Camp, a successful summer camp, for many years before coming together in the world of Real Estate. Clients have found that they can depend on the Bianchi Team and expect more than standard service. Our repeat business speaks volumes about how our clients feel about us. Joy sees the Real Estate business as an opportunity to work with family and make new friends in the community as she helps to connect them to the home of their dreams.
